ABOUT OUR OFFICE:
Our mission at Pacific Coastal Real Estate is to provide professional, caring representation for each of our clients. Our goal is to provide the best service possible and to be a partner with you every step of the way whether you're listing your property for sale or purchasing property. We have been licensed in the state of Oregon since 1/1/2007 and all of our brokers worked for other offices previously. Between us, we have over 45 years of experience.
ABOUT OUR BROKERS:
Principal Broker Lynn Wegner attended both OSU and Lewis & Clark College where she graduated with a business degree. She has 18 years of sales experience in all aspects of real estate including vacant land, residential homes and commercial properties including several motel sales. Lynn is also a member of the Curry County Board of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. Please check out my blog at:

Karen Kennedy, Linda Stokes, and Gary Templeton joined Pacific Coastal Real Estate in January of 2008 and bring with them many years of real estate sales experience.
When Chuck Stokes of South Coast Properties retired, our office was fortunate enough to add 3 of SCP's top brokers to our staff. These include Chuck's wife Linda who has been licensed since 1989. Linda worked for Coldwell Banker for 2 years and then for South Coast Properties for 15. She graduated cum laude from Southern Oregon University with a BS in elementary education. She is a NGC Accredited Flower Show Judge for horticulture and floral design and travels throughout the state judging fairs and flower shows. She has also been a member of Innominata Garden Club since 1991 and has held several offices there. Monies raised during their garden tour that takes place every August help support community projects and the 4H.
Gary Templeton also has many years of real estate experience having worked with Lynn previously at Lois Whitehead Real Estate and most recently at South Coast Properties. His real estate focus is primarily based on quality of service vs. quantity of sales and also specializing in land sales. He can provide you with a prompt friendly market analysis by contacting him at 541-247-7925. Taking the last wagon train West, Gary moved his family here from Vermont in 1992. He enjoys all the opportunities that the beautiful Southern Oregon coast offers hunting and fishing for table fare - hiking the vast wilderness and long walks on the beach.
Since moving from California in the late 1980's, Karen Kennedy has been active in various arenas of the community such as in the Gold Beach Chamber of Commerce. She has also been active at Curry General Hospital and Gold Beach High School and also has worked at both. Karen has raised 3 children in the Gold Beach area. Her husband Terry is a successful fishing guide and commercial fisherman and is also the grandson of Lois Whitehead, probably the most successful real estate broker Gold Beach has known. Karen has been licensed for several years and brings tremendous enthusiasm to the job. She loves it and it shows!

Gold Beach is a quaint, unique town situated about 30 miles north of the California/Oregon border. The Rogue River meets the Pacific Ocean here and is a tremendous tourist attraction for approximately 65,000 jet boat riders per year. The beaches in town are easily accessable unlike most coastal towns. Surfers are often spotted near the south jetty as well as a whale or two. Sea lions, pelicans, otters and many interesting species of birds are commonly found at the shoreline. Our weather here is mild and our main industry is tourism. The beaches between Gold Beach and Brookings are absolutely breath-takingly beautiful. There are secret coves and long, straight stretches as well as some rocky areas. We have a hospital, many churches, a library, two large grocery stores, some small industries, various gift shops, great restaurants, a fresh fish market, an art gallery/frame shop and many hotels. The population is around 3,000 including outlying areas. Gold Beach is a wonderful community of caring people that are lucky enough to live along this stretch of the Pacific Coast.
