We believe in a strong internet presence. Our listings, depending on property type, appear on many well known web sites including but not limimted to www.realtor.com which receives over 6,000,000 visits per year (for homes and land), www.loopnet.com, a large extremely popular site for commercial/investment properties, www.luxuryhomes.com for luxury homes, www.treb.com, www.wsj.com (wall street journal), www.uniquehomes.com, www.trulia.com, www.bobvila.com and a multitude of other sites. All of our listings appear on www.rwre.com, a website deigned for properties on the South Coast as well as on our own website. Using these websites gives buyers from all over the world easy access to our listings. We also have a flyer prepared for each property and share listing information with all interested brokers. Via our websites, property tours, the nationwide realtor multiple listing service, the local listing services and a great group of cooperating brokers, your property gets excellent exposure around the world. Of course, we advertise in the Curry County Reporter and in any other newspaper and/or catalogs we feel may be of help.
We are happy to provide a free CMA (comparative market analysis) of your property if you are considering selling and would like to know what a likely sales price might be. We can also provide you with information on what other properties are selling for so you can decide if making a move is a good decision for you. We also enjoy using the latest technology. Come in and view all properties listed in the area on a large screen computer monitor. Of course, buyers may also read through flyers and/or take a driving tour.

Gold Beach is a quaint, unique town situated about 30 miles north of the California/Oregon border. The Rogue River meets the Pacific Ocean here and is a tremendous tourist attraction for approximately 65,000 jet boat riders per year. The beaches in town are easily accessable unlike most coastal towns. Surfers are often spotted near the south jetty as well as a whale or two. Sea lions, pelicans, otters and many interesting species of birds are commonly found at the shoreline. Our weather here is mild and our main industry is tourism. The beaches between Gold Beach and Brookings are absolutely breath-takingly beautiful. There are secret coves and long, straight stretches as well as some rocky areas. We have a hospital, many churches, a library, two large grocery stores, some small industries, various gift shops, great restaurants, a fresh fish market, an art gallery/frame shop and many hotels. The population is around 3,000 including outlying areas. Gold Beach is a wonderful community of caring people that are lucky enough to live along this stretch of the Pacific Coast.
